Meet The E-Board!
Hamza Abidi
President
Presides over general body meetings, plans meetings, events, and spokesperson of the organization, assists all other e-board members and more
Felicity Lam
External Vice President
Responsible for major event planning and logistics. Maintains contact with HPO Office, advisors, other student orgs, alumni, etc. Helps all other e-board members.
Samara Kaplan
Internal Vice President
Represents RUPDS at social/professional functions, support for other e-board members, helps plan big events. Organizes events and meetings as well.
Michael Ling
Secretary
Creates meeting minutes, contacts members through bi-weekly emails and manages email daily, and records member attendance at meetings
Jillian Milano
PR/Social Media Chair
Designs flyers for upcoming events/meetings, manages and engages with members on all socials, and works with historian to update website's job postings, etc.
Samantha Ramos
Community Service &
Shadowing Chair
Plans and leads community service events, serves as a liaison between club and other orgs, and finds shadowing opportunities for members by contacting dentists of different specialties
Chloe Tyner
Treasurer
Keeps financial records of RUPDS, advises members on financial matters and coordinates budget and organizes for fundraisers and volunteer signups and food/materials/equipment for events/meetings
Joany
Webmaster Chair/Historian
Design and update website after each meeting or big event, takes pictures at all meetings and events, works with PR chair to keep everything updated. Responsible for organizing people's advice/experiences for website as well.
